The super absorbency claims that it is supposed to be able to hold up to 4 or 5 tampons worth of fluid. Keep in mind, that’s give or take on how your period flow is. So you may be able to wear the panties all day or barely make it through 8 hours. I put it to the test on my heaviest day at home first then tried them out at work (12 hours or more including travel).
